I got in touch with the folks at Halifax Apartments last summer while I was working in Saint John. My work schedule did not accommodate the time to make trips to Halifax for apartment shopping, and so it was for this reason that I came to rely on the good people at Halifax Apartments.

The apartment complex lifestyle isn t my ideal situation, but considering the circumstances-- and my lack of ability to travel down to the city-- the location and amenities of this company deemed the best alternative.

After filling out an online application and meeting their criteria, there was nothing left to do but wait. Halifax Apartments runs a number of different apartment complexes around the North end of Brunswick Street. Its a decent location, as renters get the downtown convenience and the outskirts of Halifax s lovely North End. Quinpool Road, Downtown, North End delights and outdoor landmarks. the city s staple areas are all just a jaunt away.

As I went about my summertime schedule, Halifax Apartments did its darnedest to get me a place of living for September. And in early August, I finally got a call about a vacancy in the building of my choice.

The rental staff is very friendly and efficient for the most part. I applied in late May, and after months of back and forth communication, their genuine regard really shined through. And after moving in, I ve had nothing but positive experiences with this agency. The super intendant, Libby, is always sweet and smiling; and accommodating to all issues / concerns.

From my experience with other Halifax rentals, this company is by far the best. They are prompt in all respects and carry an integrity that can sometimes be hard to come by in this business. Although I won t be renewing my lease in September, I d suggest Halifax Apartments for anyone doing a long distance hookup or in search of quality apartment complex living.
