HousingSearchNW.org is operated by Socialserve.com. a nonprofit that connects tenants and landlords. If you need help using the service, call them at 1-877-428-8844. They operate from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Subsidy Calculator

KCHA's subsidy calculator can help you figure out if the home you want to rent is affordable within the limits of the Section 8 program. It can also give you a sense of how much you would pay each month, and how much KCHA would pay.

Moving with Children
