As mentioned before, we do not own the short stay properties promoted on the site but rather act on behalf of property providers who make a special effort to offer quality accommodation with attractive furniture and decor. The homes offered by The London Agent are well maintained and well cared for by their property managers.

Our short term lets are offered at attractive rates, competitively priced for the market. Utilities and property expenses such as gas, electricity, water and council tax are all included in the rent. In addition, the total calculated for you on The London Agent website includes exit cleaning so there are no nasty surprises at the end.

As this is residential property that we work with, from time to time, mishaps occur. We would like to assure you that if there is a maintenance issue at a home, all effort is made to remedy the problem ASAP. Furthermore, if it persists we will gladly help to relocate you to an equivalent home. No problem.
