The office management here is by far the best I've had in any apartment I've lived in.  Specifically, Audra is always willing to help and very friendly. The whole office management from my experience is quick and efficient but Audra is who I am the most familiar with. Jaime is also a great resource at the front who has helped me in the past. Every apartment complex comes with ups and downs but that comes with living in an apartment complex. Parking is an issue but the complex is adding additional parking to combat this issue.

There is a courtesy officer located on the premises who does a great job following up with noise complaints, pool violations, and illegal parking.

In addition, the maintenance cree is awesome! I've never been in an apartment complex where ALL of my request were taken care of within 24hrs. When I first moved in, one of the maintenance members offered to help me mount my tv on the wall.

One thing anyone should understand is that if you live in an apartment complex there will always be issues such as parking, Loud noises, and other issues that come when you live near 300+ other units but the office staff goes above and beyond to accommodate and listen to any needs. They are even open on Saturdays! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone because it's priced well and the staff really does try their best to assist with any needs.
