Avana was always such a wonderful apartment to stay at. They were so accommodating, understanding, and the nicest staff I had ever met. until I got the chance to meet the new manager. She was rude, uneducated when we asked her anything, and completely apathetic when it came to any matter we addressed. During our final month at this residence our apartment failed to send us a final bill thus making us unaware we had to pay more than what we did. When we told her this she simply did not care. The people at the front told my boyfriend a lot of people were moving out and a small amount of the community was actually renewing. I can totally see why now. The office manager, for lack of a better word, is a bitch. I recommend going to their sister residence, so much better.
