Our family (Roy family)have lived here for over 1 year and I must say that we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience living in park regency.The entire staff here from maintenance to management are really helpful. Our stay has been excellent and any number of adjectives would be insufficient to describe this place.The park regency team (Benny, Sunita and Danny) have been very helpful from the day we moved in here and are very professional in dealing with issues whenever reported. These are exceptional people who make this place even better place because the kind of courtesy they show to people in dealing with issues. Every time I have gone to the building managers with any issue I have come back home with a pleasant experience. This kind of people skills are a rarity today i have been traveling around the world and stayed in different places for last 5 years and  I would rate park regency as one of the best only because of the building managers and also the Overall experience is amazing. It is also very quite and people are nice. The security team especially sanjeet who does an excellent job keeping us safe, Sanjeet and his team patrol the area in the night and They are very good at what they do, Park  regency is lucky to have a team like this and I highly recommend this place.

Pro- The onsite team is very professional and this place is a paradise only because of the park regency employees the tenants are rest assured that the team who takes care of the day to day issues are very responsive.

I m going to start with the pros, of which there are many.

It s VERY safe. Many reviews here will tell you otherwise, but my partner and I are hyper sensitive to even feeling unsafe (it s pulling teeth to even get him to set foot in the Mission, to give you an idea) and we have NEVER felt the least bit threatened here. I even misplaced my key once and had to leave the door unlocked all day, and nothing happened. We have had packages wait at the door all day and received them safely as well.

Maintenance and management are great. The few times we have had issues, they are solved in no time. They work hard to keep the complex clean and attractive, and the pool and hot tubs are awesome. The gym is fantastically equipped, and so convenient over driving to 24 Hr Fitness after work.

For apartment features, we love the gas fireplace and stove. We also have a feature wall, which is cool. We have never heard so much as a peep from our neighbors.

The convenience to BART is awesome. We are in the furthest building (6) and it still takes only 7 minutes to walk to the station. There is also a 7/11, Subway, and a newly opened little bistro that is fantastic right outside the complex.

The cons:

I don t know who the architect was, but I hope he lost his job after designing this insanely inefficient complex. Bedrooms windows out to walkway s and overlooking concrete walls or your neighbor s balcony-- We feel like assholes if we even try to use out balcony, since it s literally inches away from our neighbor s baby s bedroom window. Our 420 sq foot studio makes awful use of its space, and the one bedroom we viewed was even worse-- weird unusable corners, huge wall unit A/C, closet doors that open inwards so you lose half your storage space, a ludicrously long walk to get to the stairs or elevator. I am actually confused as to how someone could design a complex so poorly. We leased sight unseen because we were moving from out of state on short notice- if we had seen it, we probably would have said no way.

The finishes are meh. 30 year old cabinets, countertops, and linoleum. The appliances and toilet were new, which is nice, but everything else is ancient and gross.

Really, our issues with this complex are down to the size of the apartment, the inefficient use of space, and the finishes. It sucks to feel poor due to the state of your apartment when you re paying almost $3.50 per square foot. Coming home is depressing. We will not be staying past the end of our lease, but maybe if you re less picky, you could be happy here!
