The office and maintenance personnel do a great job, they go out of their way to help. The grounds are always clean and groomed, people are friendly, place is quite, when I have had a problem with something in the apartment, maintenance is on it right away, my kids when they visit say they feel like I live at a resort. In the summer the pool area is hoping, people barbecuing and/or playing corn hole. I could not be happier with the place or the town of Greer.

The people in the front office are wonderful. If I need anything they are glad to help. I wish we would have eclectic thermostats and I didn't hear the people above me. The only thing I miss is the drop off box for checks. That was very convenience. Really though things would be my only complaints. The outside is clean and landscape is nice.
