This review is specific to Eric Raynor who brokered my lease at Forest Court Apartments in Cambridge.  It s my understanding that ARE is the exclusive brokerage company for these particular apartments, so if you want to live here you ll be going through them.  Eric was very responsive to all of my emails which I really appreciated.  He was also a big help in ensuring that I got my keys when I needed them (outside of normal business hours) which tells me that he s committed to making your move smooth even after the broker s fee has been paid.

If I could give negative stars, I would.  This company fails to have any common decency.  I have been shown apartments by them and I have lived in apartments they are showing to other tenants.  They don t respect your privacy when they are showing your apartment and they simply let themselves in when they want just because they have a key.  It is terrifying.  They are also incredibly rude; when I complained about their disrespectful practices, their manager was even more rude than the agent who I was complaining about!
