Lewisville, Texas is one of the oldest incorporated cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex located in Denton County. Just 21 miles from Dallas, it strikes the balance between small town charm and urban sophistication. With Lewisville Lake to the north, Lake Grapevine to the south and Vista Ridge to the southeast, the city offers some beautiful views of nature not normally found in North Texas, making it very attractive to those looking to relocate to the area.

While Lewisville has a rather diverse workforce, finding an affordable apartment in the area may be a challenge. Although some renters moving to the city from outside of Texas may find that the rates are lower than what they were in their old city. Depending on income levels, start searching along Bellaire Boulevard for the best chance of finding an affordable apartment, then continue into the surrounding neighborhoods.

For upscale or luxury apartments, start searching in the neighborhoods along Route 121, Round Grove Road, Southwest Parkway, Edmonds Lane, Valley Parkway, College Parkway, Justin Road, Garden Ridge Boulevard and in the City Center.
