Unfortunately, we cannot offer diagnosis and specific cures for diseases and such. However, we will often be able to direct you to resources that should be useful in solving a problem that you may be having.

Many fields on the form after you outline the actual problem are voluntary. They do not need to be completed before you submit your question.

However, we strongly suggest that you provide this information since they provide valuable information on the habitat of the aquarium. This information often is vital in determining a possible solution to your problem right off.

We want to help, but you need to give us enough data to get the answer right the first time.

We enjoy keeping fish, and have for many years. We are trying to promote the hobby as much as possible. We want to see many others succeed in their fish keeping efforts and are committed to sharing our knowledge when we can.

If you are successful with this fascinating hobby, you will continue and help others find it as well.
