If you want to book holiday apartment or villa for short term (short term rent)

You can book holiday apartment or villa minimum for 1 week. Check- in time is 12- 00 p.m. If you want to book it for less than 7 days, then you will be charged by an additional amount of 1 day’s rent. All the utilities and transfer from any Cyprus airport are covered by the company. Baby cribs, high chairs and so on can be provided upon request. There is a system of discounts: if you book holiday apartment or villa for more than a month - you get 10% discount, 2 months - 15%, and 3 months - 20%. During the period of November to April, if the rental period exceeds 3 months, the current prices for long term rent are applied.

To reserve for you a villa or an apartment you would like to book, you need to go the page booking in our main menu.

Ones we receive the above information we will e- mail you a voucher which you will submit to the Cyprus embassy to obtain your visa.

After confirmation of booking

As soon as you get your tickets please let us know the flight number, the date and time of arrival in Cyprus. You will be met by one of our employees at any Cyprus airport and taken to the holiday apartment or villa you booked, where a simple rental form will be signed for our records. You choose the appropriate method of payment – we accept cash, Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards, or a direct bank transfer. If you wish, you can pay the for the whole booking (rental) period in advance with bank transfer – in that case we can send you vouchers and booking(rental) agreement signed and stamped by us already.

Electricity, water, and other common expenses are all included. The only extra cost you will have (if you wish) is a cleaning lady that we can provide for you at approximately 7 euro per hour.
