As long as your application is approved, we’ll wire the money to your checking account instead of sending an electronic funds transfer (EFT) or ACH deposit.

How it All Works

Our cut-off time for same day cash is 12:00 PM EST, every business day. So, as long as you submit your application and request the wire by that deadline, you’ll be eligible to get your money deposited that same day, as long as you are approved.

Wondering why that deadline is so early in the day? In order to ensure that our customers get the money the same day, we need to send our bank transmissions for wires a little earlier than other methods.

If your application is received after 12:00 PM EST, don’t worry – you can still be approved and get your money direct deposited into your bank account the next business day through the ACH deposit.

Will it Cost Me Anything?

Although we won’t charge anything to wire the funds to you, your bank might. Some banks charge their customers an incoming wire fee, which can range from about $10 to $25, while other banks don’t charge anything at all. This will depend entirely on your bank. If you aren’t sure what your bank’s policy is on incoming wires, you may want to check with them. Just remember, the incoming wire service fee is not a fee that National Payday receives or covers.

When Will I See the Wire?

In most cases, you’ll see your wire a little after 2:00 PM EST, but the exact time of day is actually up to your bank. Some banks post their incoming wires as late as 8:00 PM their local time.

There are a few smaller banks and credit unions that don’t receive wires directly, but that usually won’t hinder your ability to get your cash today. These banks usually employ the services of a larger third-party bank to handle their incoming and outgoing wires. Depending on the bank, there could be a short delay in getting the deposit – usually up to one business day.
