*Online Continuing education classes have the following requirements set forth by the State of Minnesota: Students must attest that they completed the course. Students must participate in the course with interactive material every 6-10 minutes or must restart the course from a marked point.

Online courses are provided by an education provider that is not the MN Realty School. By working in unison with our preferred vendor, you can mix and match online and live! Take Course 1 live then take 2 and 3 online or whatever combination you would like! Discounts do not apply to online classes.

Examinations are required to complete the online courses. Exams must be taken in person in order to get course completion certificate . This is an additional requirement not related to the State required exams proctored by PSI. Exams are proctored and are offered at 708 North 1st St. Minneapolis in the warehouse district of downtown or can be arranged with an acceptable proctor. Exams are 50 questions for each Course. Allow one hour for each examination. Examination time is in addition to the 30 hours required license education.
