The apartment has got double-bed, 1 private bath (solar-heated shower and toilet), 1 clothes closet, 1 fully furnished kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator, cabinet space, and 1-burner stove. Perfect for single person. Kitchenette has necessary utensils, toaster, tea maker, rice cooker.

The property is in the residential area in 'Rayamajhi Marg'. Banks, grocery stores and local transportation are all in easy access. The neighborhood is relatively quiet as there are houses of relatives and it is off the main road. The apartment for rental is in the top floor of the 3 stories building with great view and private balcony.

We are 2 km from world heritage sites of Kathmandu Durbar Square (south) and Swyambhunath Stupa (west). The popular restaurants and bars of Thamel (tourist center) are in walking distance. Nagarjuna forest. 2.5 km north of the apartment makes a pleasant day hike.

We are implementing Eco -friendly measures for garbage disposal, rain water harvest and roof top gardening. We have compost bin for bio-degradable garbage. We can use compost in the rooftop garden.

Instead of inverter or generator, we use solar back up during the power shortage. We are initiating these Eco-friendly measures in the neighborhood as well.

We are off the main road but still public transportation and taxis are available in the main street / squares (50 - 200 m). The world Heritage sites like Kathmandu, Durbar Square and Swyambhunath is about half an hour walk away.

We also have spare scooter that guests can rent out on the weekly basis.
