Rent is always due the 1st of the month. You can pay up front (due August 1), in semester installments (due August 1 and January 1), or in twelve installments (due August 1 and on the first of the month for the next 11 consecutive months). If rent is not paid in full before the fourth day of the month, and we haven’t been given notice to vacate before that date, you will pay a late charge of 10% of the monthly rental amount.

• Pay with a credit card online through RentPayment.com. Service fee may apply.*

• Have your financial institution automatically deduct rent from your bank account each month to send in payment.

Yes! The Spectrum is very pet friendly! If you chose to bring your pet, a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 will be charged, as well as a monthly pet rent of $25 per month.

Please keep in mind, along with the 60 lb weight limit, aggressive breeds will not be permitted to live on the premises.

The Spectrum’s insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We suggest getting renter’s insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.
