Senator Apartments City Center was the CIS' first professional-service apartment complex, opening its doors to its first guests in May, 2005. It's a handsome building that dates from the late 19th century, and has been fully restored. We have made certain that the facility matches the highest international standards

City Center is located in the heart of Kyiv's lovely downtown, near the Opera Theater, one of the city's several botanical gardens, and some of its best restaurants. Distinguished architects designed its interior, and its apartments feature spacious rooms with state-of-the art furnishings, and are appropriate for either extended or short-term stays. In either case, they'll ensure that your stay in Kyiv is both peaceful and productive. Each of the complex's 26 apartments is fully equipped and furnished and ranges in size from one to four rooms.

Since different guests have different needs, we offer different types of apartments. The Egoist is for independent guests who don't require all of the appurtenances of home: they might prefer relaxing in front of the television or in the Jacuzzi in the evening to cooking. The Frequent Visitor is for those who might want to entertain, while the Gourmet is for visitors who can't imagine life without the therapeutic pleasures of preparing themselves a fine meal. Our Comfort apartment is for guests who appreciate the ideal division and organization of their living space. We've also got apartments for families and for those who need serious space on hand in which to do business.
