The 2 key Deya Apartments are situated around 150 metres from the beach in the popular resort of Santa Ponsa on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 30km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 50 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Built in 1975 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2010, the modern Deya complex has a total of 158 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 8 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with 2 cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining area with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services along with luggage rooms for late departures, a self service cafeteria on the ground floor, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a cardiovascular gymnasium and Jacuzzi.
