We understand that it is difficult to find blueprints for a home that will meet all of your needs. That is why ePlans is glad to offer plan modification services. We will work with you to design the home modifications you'd like to see and to adjust your blueprint plans accordingly.

Typical home plan modifications may include:

• Changing foundation type or exterior.
• Adding square footage.
• Redesigning baths, kitchens, bedrooms and/or garages.
• Creating right reading reverse plans.
• Or most other home plan modifications you may desire.

How do I fill out the form (see right side of page)?

• Required Fields - Only a few fields are required ( * ), but please fill in as much information as possible so we can better assist you.
• Special Fields - Please note the following fields (see right side of page): Foundation Type. Exterior Wall. Finish and Roof Structure. These fields allow you to select a building option from a dropdown menu. Depending on the plan you're looking at, the dropdown menu could include options that already come with the plan and/or custom options.
• HELP! I can't find what I want - If a dropdown menu does not contain the option you want, simply leave the field blank and tell us exactly what you want in the If "other" please explain field.
• I live outside of the United States - see footnote below (*).
• Your Changes - Regardless of what options you choose, please note the final field on the form, Your Changes. This field is required and should be as detailed as possible. For example, please don't just say: I want some walls knocked down, a bigger garage and more closets. Please be more specific, like this: I would like to remove the wall separating the kitchen from the family room, expand the garage by 5 sq ft and add a walk-in closet to the master bedroom.
