Residential Housing Communities

Dwelling Place has several housing communities in West Michigan, including homes, apartments, supportive housing, and transitional housing. To find a housing community, use the "Housing Search" on the left to search for the housing communities you may qualify for. Once you enter your income and the number of people in your household, you will be able to further filter your results by number of bedrooms and location.

If you would like to apply for a Dwelling Place housing community, you can download and print the pre-application below and bring or send it to the housing community(ies) you would like to apply for. Contact information for each housing community can be found on the Dwelling Place Fact Sheet and on each housing community page. There is a $25 application fee per adult for: Biermeister, Chaffee, Goodrich, Lenox, Martineau, Kelsey, and New Hope Homes (one time fee).
