Grand Venetian is a quiet, family friendly apartment community. Office personnel are always pleasant and helpful. My wife and I live in a 1/1 and are happy with the space. The design is spot on too with the built-in book shelves and computer desk.

I live here for past 1 and a half years and the only reason I m still continuing is that my son has got quite few friends around and there s a basketball court right in front (however it belongs to another apartment community). Even though I didn t deal with any security concern so far, the community gates are open most of the time. And the building lights (at least where I am) doesn t turn on for a very long time. I ve renewed my lease and its been 3 months since I renewed and I v submitted 2 requests to steam clean. mm. no sign of apartment maintenance guys yet.
