The Lubbock Apartment Association (LAA) is a professional trade organization representing the rental housing industry. We have over 480 members, which includes just over 28,000 rental units in the Lubbock and South Plains area.

Our members include owners, management companies, and businesses that offer products and services to the industry. Our organization strives to uphold the integrity of the rental housing industry. Our purpose is uniting, supporting, and fostering communication between, owners, managers, and product / service vendors directly associated with and affected by the rental housing industry.

Our expressed goal is to educate, hold to high standards, and strengthen the image of rental housing. We advocate the rights of our members on a local, state, and national level.

The Lubbock Apartment Association (LAA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting members in the rental housing industry. LAA is affiliated with the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) in Austin and the National Apartment Association (NAA) in Washington, D.C.
