As far as pricing goes, rent is affordable, although parking in the building is $100/car/month, which can quickly increase your rent. The higher you are in the building, the more you pay and you pay more for wood floors instead of carpeting. The top three or four floors are owned condos.

I would recommend this building to anyone looking to switch to the walking lifestyle. I hardly drive my car during the week since dining, grocery, a little shopping, nightlife and tourist options are so close.
