Are you a local or international student in Ottawa?

We organize daily apartment tours in minivans during which you get to find a room, meet other students, and discover the city.

Participating in the apartment tour is  free. There is a placement fee of $50.00  only  if you find an apartment that you like. This placement fee is charged only when the lease has been signed. You can exit the tour at anytime, with not obligation whatsoever.

During the tour, you will:

-Visit 20 to 30 fully furnished apartments located near the University of Ottawa and Carleton University

-Meet many other local and international students, with whom you can become roommate

-Be able to sign 4, 8 and 12-month contracts

-Discover the city

Everyone in our staff used to be international students and we know that the most important thing when you arrive in a new country is to find a place to live. So we want you to find that place in Ottawa and feel at home.

The Fall apartment tours registrations are now open. August 22   to September 3.
