The 3 key Sotavento Apartments are situated around 150 metres from the beach, on the Torrenova headland in the lively resort of Magaluf on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 20km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 400 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Built in 1988 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2006/2007, the modern low rise Sotavento complex has a total of 72 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst almost 2,800m2 of sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with two additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, a games room, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a cardiovascular gymnasium with Jacuzzi, and both pool and table tennis tables.
