I have lived here almost 6 years and during that time I have been extremely pleased with the community. My apartment is spacious and open, and my favorite amenity is a garage! The office staff is courteous, empathetic, and willing to help. The maintenance staff is second to none; not only prompt, usually same day service, but also efficient. The property is conveniently located minutes from Rivertown Mall, Cabela’s, Meijer and many great restaurants. I am glad I chose Timber Ridge Apartments!

I have been here a little over a year and love it here! Kara is so nice and so is the rest of the staff. Maintenance is normally pretty quick and get the job done. I don't really have issues with my neighbors. they are all pretty quiet and keep to themselves. I have recommended friends here :)

I have enjoyed living here for over ten years. The staff feels like family and I love my surroundings. They have great events and are always friendly when I stop in for a cup of tea. My pets love it here, too!
