Apartment is in back of building, on high floor and overlooks interior courtyard—so very quiet. Especially well-located for runners as it is right near Central Park (Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis) Resevoir. Exceptionally safe neighborhood with private security patrol, great building staff.

Bedroom is large (20 x 13), sunny, fully furnished with good quality 19th century Country antiques and queen-size bed with super-comfortable 21st century luxury mattress. Huge empty closet and lots of personal storage, desk/workspace. A/C, hardwood floors throughout. Windowed kitchen w/dishwasher, all appliances, microwave and toaster oven. Bathroom is shared but apt layout provides good privacy.

Perfect for interns,medical residents,summer associates,etc.

This is for a single,female roommate only (although I am often away on weekends). You should be professional/academic, quiet, considerate, clean/neat, respectful of others, and drama-free, as I am. If you want to host overnight guests or bring the party home, this is not it. Also not for someone who wants to cook a lot, but you are of course welcome to fridge/microwave/stovetop during the week and all the cooking you want on weekends.
