I ve lived here for a little over a year and can honestly say I ve experienced minimal problems. Only once our AC stopped working but we were able to get someone out to fix it. It was fixed as fast as they could figure out what the issue was and the maintenance team are all very nice.

Management is very easy to talk to and understanding. The apartment we lived in prior to living here had a horrible management issue so it s always refreshing to experience the opposite here at Gardencrest.

I live in a town-home here so I can t comment on the apartments but the town-homes themselves are just fine. They aren t luxury but they have all the necessities and we love that we have a basement with washer/dryer. The price is also not bad (but I do know it depends on your town-home and the month you move in) although it does get bumped up each year (along with every other property of this kind).

My only complaint is the bathroom being too small and minimal storage as well as very thin walls. Fortunately noise doesn t bother us much so we aren t ones to complain about that.

There is also a free gym which is great - we were able to cancel our gym membership and save some money so not bad!

All in all I m pretty happy living here and hope things don t change unless it s for the better.
