Despite the overall three stars apartment review,  I d like to praise a five stars guy,  Paul,  one of the maintenance guys,  he goes far beyond your expectations in doing his work with respect and professionalism,  always with a smileand a timely delivery.  Thank you Paul for who you are. Mid-lease, they changed the parking rules so now there are only 10 guest parking spots for over 500 units.

Upstairs neighbors continuously neglected their dog by leaving it on their small patio all day, so all I heard was non-stop dog barking. When I complained, the office staff claims they couldn t locate the source of the noise.

Laurie, the woman who sits in the main lobby, is patronizing and unintelligent. She would be better suited as a Walmart door greeter.

We moved to another property paying $300 more per month just to get out of that horrible place. Would not recommend.

Hi Ashley,   Thank you for leaving us your review, as all feedback allows us to focus on areas where improvement is needed. We would like to clarify a few things you ve brought up. Our community is actually comprised of only 230 apartment homes, and all of our visitors are always welcome to park in any open parking spot throughout the day. However, we do ask that they park in the 10 designated visitor spots after 8pm daily to ensure that all of our residents have ample parking when returning home for the evening, as they are our top priority.   We apologize if you feel your noise complaints were not properly addressed. We always strive to address all resident concerns to the best of our ability with the information provided to us.
