Here is my (long yet unique) story with Somerset:

My boyfriend stayed in Somerset for 2 years and couldn t be happier with the customer service, the maintenance team and everything! Finally I got an opportunity in Irvine and decided to live with him.

At first, we intended not to renew our lease due to the only reason we were interested in another community which is much closer to our work place. We talked to Brennan at the Somerset leasing office, he was NEVER upset at us: instead, he showed us many options and tried his best to keep us stay. When we still decided to leave, he did a smooth paperwork transaction and said he will always welcome us back.

Within 24 hours we left Somerset and moved into another community, we realized we had been mis-advertised for many features; the worse was, that office insisted we are so sorry for everything BUT there is nothing we can do. After back and forth conversations, we were ending at nowhere.

My last try turned to be contacting Brennan and Somerset again and expressed our willing to come back----SURPRISEDLY, even though we turned him down first, Brennan and his manager Sam did EVERYTHING for us to solve the problem: they contacted and negotiated with that community, they showed all the possible units for us to choose (our previous one had been taken), they spent DAYS AND DAYS to complete all the complicated paperwork for this unique situation, and finally we were able to come back immediately and stay in an ideal unit----what could we say? Even thousands of thank you can barely express how much we appreciate!

Many people work for the work itself, Brennan and Sam work for their customers: even the customers said no to them, they are always trying their best by responding a yes .

Thanks to Brennan and Sam, Somerset is now the ONLY community we will never be hesitant to stay in Irvine, CA!
