The location - The location is good, near the main strip and beach, and near shops/bars/takeaways, as well as being near other hotels.

The location - The location is good, near the main strip and beach, and near shops/bars/takeaways, as well as being near other hotels bringing a good atmosphere around at night. The worst thing though is the hill, it's a killer at first but youll get used to it eventually. Overall, location is good shame it wasnt on flat land.

The security - The hotel has its own security guard and they check your bands everytime you walk in. although some people didnt like this personally i did because it provided me with great security and they even let other people in with you depending on the conditions. Overall, security is good, youll feel safe.

The staff - The staff are friendly and helpful. We didnt have many issues in the first place, but everytime we did they helped us out and even gave back our deposit of 100euros even though a few things went missing whilst we stayed there. Overall staff seemed good enough.

The rooms - The rooms were overall good, providing enough space for 4+ people, however the sofa beds are not the best. Would not recommend them to sleep on because they are uncomfortable however they do the job just about. Also the rooms didnt include things such as iron boards and cleaning facilities which i feel was very annoying because if you asked for a brush or something at reception, then someone else may have it which was very annoying. Also are room was at the very side of the hotel meaning the views and atmosphere of the main hotel was missing which was disappointing. Overall, rooms were average and id avoid the sofa beds if you can.

The pool - The pool was great, big enough for lots of parties however not enough sunbeds to go around but the bar and DJ were great.

The cleanliness - Overall cleanliness around the hotel was good, but they only gave the rooms a clean every 3 days replacing towels and sometimes bedsheets, which i felt was awful because they provided us with no cleaning equipment ourselves so any mess would not be guaranteed to be cleaned straight away which was fairly frustrating at times.

Overall good hotel in a good location with nice staff on the whole, however rooms and facilities could be slightly improved on, but would still stay here again if we came back.
