Every apartment has multi-language TV, free wi-fi/high speed Internet and international telephone calls, washing machine, hairdryer and a safe deposit box. Kitchens are fully equipped, including electric kettle and coffee machine.

The all-inclusive rental cost provides a start-up supply supply of tea, coffee and cold drinks etc. as well as a welcoming bottle of Champagne.
